Inspection Department
Our commitment to quality, accuracy, and precision has driven us to build a cutting edge quality lab, equipped with regularly calibrated and maintained non-contact video measuring machines and a wide array of measuring instruments. Our inspection team members constantly inspect the components we produce at key stages of production. We have built a reputation in our industry for providing top-level quality, complete precision, trusted reliability, and on-time delivery.

As an ISO 13485:2016 & ISO 9001:2015 registered precision machine shop, we are equipped to maintain and improve our quality management system on an ongoing basis. We are able to supply documentation upon request for all quality-related issues, including first article inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection, and certificates of compliance. Our association with Perry Johnson Registrars has helped us see the big-picture view of our processes, enabling us to enhance our operational effectiveness, efficiency, and precision as opportunities for improvement are recognized.
