Challenge Machine’s Services

With our newly-renovated contract machining facility, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and our highly-skilled and experienced staff, Challenge Machine delivers an array of precision CNC machining services for customers worldwide. We produce precision-machined components and precision-turned parts with a premier level of quality, reliability, and consistency. Our trusted services have helped us become a preferred CNC machine shop of some of the most demanding industries, including semiconductors, medical, defense, and automotive.

Challenge Machine has a full set of in-house CNC machining equipment, enabling us to provide vertical machining, micromachining, CNC turning, swiss turning, 4 and 5-axis machining. We are also capable of tool grinding, ultrasonic cleaning, plating, anodizing, annealing, and finishing our components with chemical deburring, micro-deburring, and micro-blasting expertise. Our inspection department also provides full documentation throughout the production process for all quality-related functions, upon request.

Micromachining

At Challenge Machine, our experience, skilled staff, and cutting-edge micro CNC equipment enables us to deliver high-speed micromachining with micro-end mills as small as .001 inches in diameter. We regularly produce components from a wide range of materials with tolerances down to .0002 inches. Rapid Prototyping and Low-Volume Runs

We specialize in low-volume, fast-turnaround runs, making us your source for all of your rapid prototyping requirements and pilot programs. Challenge Machine also provides manufacturability inputs based on our extensive experience to help speed up the prototyping phase. All of these services are designed to help keep your costs controlled while ensuring you receive the quality and precision you need with some of the shortest lead times in our industry.
